April 26, 2007 - Glass Ceiling Luncheon

OCA – East Bay held a lunch discussion on the subject of Asian Pacific Americans and the “Glass Ceiling” in East Bay public agencies. OCA board member Greg Chan moderated the event featuring two speakers: Jack Lee, attorney at Minami Tamaki LLP, specializing in employment, consumer fraud and civil rights law and Elaine Lew-Smith, Affirmative Action Officer at East Bay Municipal Utility District.

Attendees included East Bay public employees, Oakland police officers, small business owners, and various other interested individuals.
